The week norm is typically 40 hours per week.
Most people are present in the office from 9:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00 depending on their preferences.
Around deadlines, longer workdays must be expected. But naturally, compensatory time-off is given immediately following a deadline.
Everyone has a minimum of 2 weeks of paid vacation per year.
We observe all national holidays based on the office location.
Salaries are negotiated on an individual level, based on seniority, talent and workload.
Each team consists of a Design Lead and a group of designers.
Typically, team sizes range from 1 principal, 1 design lead 1-2 juniors for concept design, however this varies project to project.
We accept 1-2 interns during the summer and fall semesters, which run from June through November.
All applicants are expected to have a good level of spoken and written English and be proficient in Adobe, Rhino, and AutoCAD.

- We are always looking for talented students of architecture to join our team.
- We accept 1 – 2 interns during the summer and the fall semester, which run from June through November.
We eat lunch together every day at noon. Everyone brings their own food, but this hour is included in the office work hours compensation.
On one of the last days of the year, we go to a restaurant for lunch.
We celebrate the birthday of employees or the success of each person.
